Content Services (CS)-to-P8 Content Manager (CM) Migration Utilities

» Migration of both metadata and content including folder and document security.

» All document versions are migrated including archived versions. If required, folder hierarchies can be preserved or transformed.

» Support for annotations and compound documents. Annotations and compound documents can be optionally migrated.

» Configurable destination folder on the target Content Engine. You can specify a Content Manager folder as the destination. You can also use the value of a specific property as the basis for the destination folder.

» Flexible migration of object permissions – Permissions importer can be easily configured so that permissions can be migrated straight from Content Services, or use CM security inheritance. Optionally, additional security can be applied during the migration of documents depending upon the document class.
